Mohbad’s cause of death has finally been revealed
Not up to three hours, Nigerian rapper, singer, and vocalist, Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba, popularly known as Mohbad, was confirmed dead. Several social media platforms have claimed the young rapper’s death without any official confirmation.
Fans are eager to know whether the news is trustworthy or just fake news that was spread to cause an uproar on the internet. Let’s take a look at what happened to Mohbad and his cause of death.

A lot of people were doubtful when rumors of Mohbad spread on social media because he shared a post about ‘D General Bitters’ show via his Instagram page on Saturday.
Davido, Olamide, and other A-list artistes have taken to their Insta-story session to share photos of the rapper with a heartbreak emoji to it.
How did Mohbad die?
Several reports flying around on Twitter and Facebook are claiming that Mohbad is dead. However, there has yet to be an official statement or confirmation from the rapper’s management or family. But, a disturbing screenshot has been going around on social media indicating the cause of Mohbad’s death but Naija Latest Gist is not sure if it’s valid.
The trending screenshot shows a WhatsApp conversation between fans of the singer where one of the duo disclosed that Mohbad was hit with ‘Juju’ during his performance at a commercial show organized by Cubana Chiefpriest for his liquor brand ‘D General Bitters’ show in Ikorodu, Lagos.

Could this be the cause of Mohbad’s death? This becoming scary and going beyond natural. Should we say that Mohbad was killed because of the disagreement he had with his former record label? Let’s not forget that he cried out that if anything happens to him, Naira Marly should be held accountable after he was tortured by his former record label boss.
Should we say that he was in an occultic group that later came after his soul probably because he couldn’t offer what they requested from him? Or, he made an agreement with an occult fraternity that he was going to die at the age of 27. Recall that his friend and colleague, Dablixx Osha also died at the age of 27 last year on Tuesday, the same day as Mohbad. These are suspicious questions that we need to think about critically.
Anyways, an autopsy will reveal more about his death.

Mixed reactions have trailed a recent video of controversial activist, Verydarkman serving food in China.
It would be recalled that the socialite had recently traveled to the Asian country for a function.
While there, he had met up with a Chinese fellow whom he had helped out after he lamented over being scammed.

Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) star Cross Okonkwo has sparked mixed reactions online after launching an online ministry.
The reality TV star, who publicly declared his devotion to Christ in 2024, has now taken his faith to social media with a new initiative aimed at leading people to Jesus.
Cross, also known as Christopher Ikechukwu Okonkwo, has been sharing clips of his preaching on TikTok Live, where he addresses his followers, encouraging them to embrace salvation and become born again.

While many have praised his efforts to spread the gospel, others have raised concerns, referencing his past as a former BBNaija housemate.

A new video that surfaced online confirmed that Baba Tee and his colleague Ijoba Lande are now back on cool terms with each other following the viral Truth or Dare saga.
In the video shared by Baba Tee via his official Instagram page today, March 16th 2025, Baba Tee links up with Ijoba Lande after accepting his apology following intimate encounter with Dara.
Recall that Baba Tee confirms that he had d@ggy with Ijoba Lande wife Dara during a truth and dare game in his house initiated by actress Marygold.
Even though Baba Tee had earlier tackled Ijoba Lande to provide evidence after the skit maker named him among te over 21 men who have slept with his wife Dare, Baba Tee later bactracked.
After that Baba Tee took to his official Instagram to tender public apology to Ijobla Lande following the encounter with wife Dara, he apologized several times.
However, Ijoba Lande accepts the apology from Baba Tee stressign that he has forgiven him.
He said; “From the bottom of my heart, I have forgotten and forgiven you.”
Meanwhile in s new video, Ijoba Lande and Baba Tee linked up with each other and by extension hugged each other during their conversation showing that they are good together and beef do not exist between them.
