Netizens drag Nigerian lady for recreating Priscilla Ojo’s wedding outfit (Video)

A Nigerian lady has set social media abuzz after sharing a self-made recreation of the traditional wedding dress worn by Priscilla Ojo, during her union to Tanzanian singer Juma Jux.
The elaborate wedding ceremony, held on April 17, 2025, in Lagos, was a fashion spectacle that captivated many, particularly for Priscy’s striking first outfit.
Inspired by the bride’s stunning look, the fan boldly took on the challenge of recreating the iconic ensemble using more affordable materials.
In a now-viral video, she confidently showed off her version of the dress, which retained the original colour scheme and design silhouette. However, instead of asooke, she used glossy satin, giving the recreation a distinct texture and finish.
While some social media users praised her creativity and boldness, others didn’t hold back in their critique of the final result.
