Nigerian singer Oludipe Oluwasanmi David, popularly known as Spyro has opened up on his relationship life.

Spyro said he regrets not finding love before hitting stardom.

The singer lamented that it is difficult for him to find love because he is unsure of who genuinely loves him.

Speaking in a recent chat with Drip Check, Spyro said: “I wish I had found love before now. As a celebrity, you are scared because you don’t even know who loves you for what you are or who you are.”

On his ideal woman, the ‘Who’s Your Guy’ crooner said: “I am attracted to intelligence. So when I talk to a woman that is not giving me that vibe, I have a big problem with that.”

Spyro said he has been unlucky in relationships because he always put his career before his relationship.

‘I Got Rebellious When My Dad Attempted To Stop My Music Career’ – Spyro

Meanwhile, Spyro, has revealed a ‘war’ occurred between him and his father over his music career choice.

Naija Latest Gist reports that in a recent episode of the Tea With Tay podcast, Spyro said his father did not support his decision to become a musician.

According to the ‘Who’s Your Guy’ crooner, his father had earlier thwarted his dream of being a fine artist, so he rebelled when he attempted to stop him from becoming a singer.

Spyro added that despite having parents, he took up menial jobs like selling recharge cards to foot his bills and also buy studio time to record songs.

He said, Being a pastor, my dad never wanted me to do music. I was a fine artist before. I could draw so well, but for one reason or the other, he stopped me from doing that. Then I started music. He also wanted to stop me from doing that then I got rebellious.

“I have always had a flair for music right from primary school. I was in the church choir. And I was really good. All the choir masters back then always commended my talent. I was also playing the drum set back then. But my dad never wanted me to do music. It was war. But I knew it was what God has called me to do.

“After my secondary education, I started recording songs at the studio. I was selling recharge cards back then because I had to make ends meet even though I had parents that were feeding me. But I had to hustle to pay for my lifestyle and book studio time.”

Famous Nigerian actress, Funke Akindele, has spoken up about her passionate approach to love.

She revealed that she is a lover girl who loves seriously and goes the extra mile for her lover.

Speaking in an interview with Saturday Beats, Akindele said, “I am a lover girl and I love seriously. Because I am a bit of an extremist, I go the extra mile. I can wake up tomorrow and buy my spouse a car. The green light for me is someone who pampers me and checks on me genuinely. I love a real and positive guy. I also love intelligent men.”

Reflecting on her personal journey, Akindele admitted there was a time when she almost gave up on love.

I lost movie roles because filmmakers considered me 'ugly' – Funke Akindele - P.M. News

Offering advice to others who may feel similarly disheartened, the ‘Everbody Loves Jenifa’ actress said, “I used to be like that. Don’t give up on anything in life but look at the brighter side of things. If you have given up on love, just take a chill pill and don’t force it. Don’t look for it; it will find you.”

Akindele also disagreed with critics who claim the industry is losing its quality storytelling.

“I will never agree to that. We are creatives and we tell our stories from different angles. What is in my head is not in your head. There is no bad story; it is about how you execute it.

“Don’t forget, that is my economic power— the fact that I can tell my story how I want it. I am not tired of Nollywood stories; just tell your stories well,” she said.

Speaking on the secret to her remarkable success in Nollywood, Akindele noted, “It is just consistency and the fact that you need to study your audience and tell relatable stories and never get tired of it. For you to be outstandingly successful, you need to put in the hard work and not just the smart work.”

Duke Man King: VDM post his own evidence online not showing it to one person, the hate in deeone heart on VDM no fit agree him to keep evidence if truly he have one. Deeone go and rest.

seun_babarinde_ : Showing you guys evidence is as doing same thing as VDM Let’s change our reasoning for once.

Oyenkuzi Dmaths: Why would VDM wear nose ring as a guy. What is he teaching the younger generation.

Bankole Temitope: He has no evidence. If he truly has evidence, his hatred for VDM would have pushed him to release it without blinking an eye. Besides, if he actually want to protect the other person in the video, there are ways to do it of which he knows. All na FORMAT!

hauwa.kulu1 : You can’t fool us, Mr. Man show it to the public 😂.
