Best dressed female award saga: Actress Dayo Amusa slams Femi Adebayo after calling her out (Video)
Popular Yoruba Nollywood actress, Dayo Amusa, has blasted his colleague, Femi Adebayo, after calling her out over her reaction to the Best dress female award as movie premiere, ‘Beast of Two worlds (Ajakaju).
Recall that Dayo Amusa called out Femi Adebayo for announcing crossdresser Bobrisky as the best dressed female award at the ‘Beast of Two worlds’ premiere, which held on Sunday, March 24, 2024.
According to the well-known ‘Dewunmi Iberu’, anyone can win the Best Dresed Female award at the movie premiere but not a crossdresser like Bobrisky.
Her assertation did not sit well with Femi Adebayo, known for his explicit roles in hit movies like ‘Jagun Jagun’, as he took to his Instagram page to blast the daylight out of Dayo Amusa.
Calling Dayo out on his timeline, he threatened to deal with her, stating that she messed with the ‘wrongest’ person.
He wrote, “I now see that you truly want to come for me! You have actually done it with the wrongest person @dayoamusa if my success is your problem you can never have rest of mind because I have just started!”
“It’s advisable you channel your enery to your career and not be too busy on bringing me down!!!”
In no time, Dayo replied the actor via her video session with her fans as she blasted Femi for calling her out like that, expressing her disappointment. She also dragged Femi’s wife, Aladuke, over her support for her husband.
In her words, “I saw your wife’s post, calling me enemy of disguise, that’s too much for you, Aladuke……… I don’t chase clouts, for me to come out on Video, don’t get it wrong. Femi, you yourself came under my post, I’m disappointed at you”.
“You are one of the people in the industry that respect so much. That I will go out of my way 100th for. You are one of the people I can make myself available for at any time”.
“My darling, your success is never my problem. As a matter of fact, ever since you begin to prosper, I’ve always celebrated you, supported you, prayed for you and I’ve always been proud of you.”
“It’s a thing of joy that my colleagues are doing wonderfully fine, so I will have peace of mind. Femi Adebayo, I’m disappointed at you.”

Grammy Award winning Nigerian singer, Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu, professionally known as Burna Boy, is one of the trending conversations online following a video of him at the just-concluded Greater Lagos Countdown 2025.
In the clip that has taken over the internet space, Burna Boy angrily leaves the stage as a overexcited fan jumps at him while he was performing yesterday night December 31st, 2024.
Recall that in a previous post, Intel Region reported that the event Greater Lagos Countdown 2025 was an event created by the Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu and top artistes like Wizkid, Burna Boy, Tiwa Savage, Olamide, Seyi Vibez, Adekunle Gold and others performed.
However, while Burna Boy was performing on stage, a fan jumped at the singer unprovoked, a development that did not sit down well with the singer, and had to leave the stage.

“If someone had told me that I will see 2025, I will have called the person a big liar” – Actress Moyo Lawal pens touching note as she marks new chapter
Nollywood Nollywood actress, Moyo Lawal, is marking her birthday today with a testimony of her trials and challenges.
In a lengthy post on her Instagram page, she asserted that she is a shining example of no weapon fashioned against her as she stated that if anyone had told her that she will see 2025, she wouldn’t have called the person a liar. Moyo recalled that during her humbling reflection, she had asked God why her and he replied, letting her know she is one of his bravest soldiers.
Moyo said this reminded her that in her greatest times of testing and affliction, God is setting her up for the greatest display of his power and deliverance. She expressed gratitude to her amazing support system for holding her hands, wiping her tears and crying with her.
“I am a shining example of no weapon fashioned against you shall prosper (Isiah 54:17). You know, with the trials I had to face, if anyone had told me that I would see 2025, I would have called the person a blatant liar.
I remember in one of my most humbling reflections, I asked God “Why me?” and he replied “Why not me?? You are one of my bravest soldiers and I will not burden you with what I know you can’t handle. This reminded me that in our greatest times of testing and affliction. God is setting us up for the greatest display of his power and deliverance.
However, I digress. It’s my birthday, and a new beginning has manifested. To everyone who held my hands, wiped my tears, and cried with me (yep, I have some very dramatic people in my life ). I THANK YOU. I have such an amazing support system that I thank the almighty God for every single day (well, most times when they are not being annoying. I am digressing again, sorry.
In fact, my people did such an amazing job that I healed so well and practically found my old self again (I literally feel 21 again). Shey, you people did not do overdid like this. *Eniyan l’aso mi *and my gratitude can never ever be enough.
I can not forget my darling fierceglowers @moyolawalplus whom have all kept us in business regardless of no fancy store and our inadequacies. Thank you so much.

Mr Olayinka, father of Nigerian singer and songwriter Ruger, has been overwhelmed with joy following the thoughtful car gift his children surprised him with.
In a heartfelt video that has since gone viral on social media, Ruger can be seen together with his other siblings as they presented a brand new Toyota SUV Jeep to Mr Olayinka.
The clip showed the luxurious vehicle, decorated with a red ribbon, parked in his compound. Ruger’s father, visibly emotional, broke down into tears as he entered his new whip.
The video, which was captioned “POV: You witness your dad reaping the fruit of his labor,” indicated that Ruger and his siblings decided to gift their father with a car in a way to appreciate him for being a good parent.
